Peanut Paste Filling Machine work process

1. Preparation stage
Raw material supply:
Egg yolk sauce enters the hopper of the filling machine from the storage tank through a vacuum or pressure conveying system. The hopper is equipped with a constant temperature device (optional) to ensure stable fluidity of the sauce (preventing low-temperature solidification).

Bottle positioning:
Empty bottles enter the filling station through a conveyor belt and are accurately positioned by photoelectric sensors or mechanical baffles to ensure alignment between the filling port and the bottle port.

2. Filling stage
Quantitative extraction of piston:
The piston drive system draws back a predetermined capacity (such as 50g-500g) and extracts a certain amount of mayonnaise from the hopper.

High precision control: Adjust the piston stroke through PLC, with an error of ≤± 1% (optimized for high viscosity sauces to avoid wall residue).

Filling execution:
