AUTOMATIC HONEY PACKING MACHINE
The Npack honey filling machine uses a volume measurement method to ensure filling accuracy
reaches 100% ±. There is no need to control the system for frequent
temperature changes. During filling, the filling head is placed
into the bottle, preventing the liquid from splashing out. The
filling nozzle rises slowly with the liquid level. The filling head
has a special locking device to ensure the filling nozzle does not
drip after filling.
This automatic servo filling machine features quick cleaning, fast adjustments, and a volume metering
pump with stepless speed regulation. The entire line uses an
intelligent control system, allowing adjustments to the filling
quantity or changes to varieties to be made on the touch screen.
The automatic honey filling production line boasts high filling
accuracy, preventing unnecessary material loss. Each filling head
can be adjusted individually, making the entire production line
convenient to operate without material plugging or uneven filling.

It is mainly applicable for filling the following materials:
- Various types of semi-fluid, paste, and viscous substances with

honey.
