It offers adjustable distance between front and back side label stickers, ensuring flexibility. The machine can be equipped with a circumferential positioning detection device for precise position labeling and a date coder for printing production dates and numbers.

1. Adjustable Pressure Mechanism:

   • The pressure between the driving shaft and pressure roller is adjustable, allowing for easy adjustment of the label traveling direction.
   • Unlike common elastic pressing, labels travel without restriction.

2. Double Pressure-Roller Structure:

   • The header-out features a double pressure-roller structure, tightening the labels while preventing breakage due to backing paper die-cutting damage.
   • Sectional type Dutch makes the tension more balanced.

3. High-Precision Servo Motor:

   • Equipped with a servo motor from a renowned manufacturer, achieving close-loop control for high-speed and high-precision positioning.

4. Special Design Sizing Mechanism:

   • Ensures correct positioning of objects to be labeled, achieving precise labeling.

5. Synchronization Mechanism:

   • The pressing belt and the host gear are connected to guarantee absolute synchronization of the two conveyance belts without any adjustment.

6. Multi-Purpose Labeling:

   • Capable of attaching a multi-side wrapping labeling mechanism for round and square bottles.
   • Supports flat bottle labeling, round bottle circumferential labeling, round bottle positioning labeling, and square bottle multi-side labeling.
