Automatic Paste/Cream Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

screen, allowing for programmable control of the machine. The
machine can automatically handle the filling of ointments, creams,
gels, and other viscous materials, as well as sealing or tail
folding and embossing batch numbers (including manufacture dates).

the cosmetics, food, and adhesive industries.

7. The filling nozzle features a Japanese-imported sealing ring to
prevent leakage during filling.
8. The tail sealing utilizes a Leister hot air gun with an internal
heating and external cooling device.
9. The encoding workstation automatically prints codes in the
designated positions according to the process requirements.
10. A shaping manipulator can cut the hose tail to either a right
angle or a rounded corner based on preference.
11. The machine includes a "no tube, no fill" function, overload
protection, and other safety features.
12. It has counting and quantification capabilities to stop
operations as needed.
13. (Optional) The machine can be equipped with a stirring storage
hopper, a double storage hopper with heating insulation, and a dust
cover.
