Automatic Round Bottle Labeling Machine
The automatic round bottle labeling machine can label various containers made of different materials,
such as plastic, glass, and metal. This machine is designed for
single-side labeling or full-circle labeling on the round surfaces
of differently shaped containers, including skin cream, hair cream,
shoe polish, toothpaste, and other liquids, lotions, and creams.

which offers high speed and high accuracy.
3. Previous labeling machines used a belt rubbing labels device,
which often led to deflection and affected labeling accuracy. The
roller rubbing labels device completely eliminates this inaccuracy.
4. The machine's structure is simple and compact, making it easy to
operate and maintain. Changing the bottle diameter does not require
replacing any spare parts, as the separation kit is versatile.
5. The labeling head can be equipped with a well-known brand servo
motor, with a maximum labeling speed of up to 150 pcs/min.

Work Process:
1. Manually place the pasted products (connected to the bottle
unscrambler turntable).
2. The products are automatically aligned and transported
separately.
3. Product inspection.
4. Product labeling.
5. Collect the labeled products (move to the next process).
6. Remove the products.
