Working Process Of Automatic Conical Bottle Positioning Labeling
Machine
1. Bottle Feeding
Conical bottles are automatically fed on the conveyor and
transferred in an orderly manner to the labeling area.
2. Bottle Detection
A photocell sensor senses the incoming bottle, and a signal is sent
to the control system to initiate the positioning process.
3. Bottle Positioning
The conical bottle is held and aligned firmly in a position
suitable for labeling by a squeezing-type positioning mechanism.
4. Synchronous Conveying
The synchronous belt moves the bottle smoothly and keeps it stable
during the label process.
5. Label Dispensing
The labeling system automatically applies the label in the pre-set
position and accurately applies it to the surface of the bottle.
6. Label Pressing
A pressure mechanism smooths the label onto the bottle to help
reduce wrinkles, bubbles and label shifting.
7. Coding
If an integrated coder is available, the production date, batch
number or other information can be printed during the labeling
process.
8. Bottle Discharge
