Principle of Operation:
The automatic square bottle labeling machine operates on the principle of extrusion action to apply labels. As products move along the conveyor belt between spokes and baffles, a product testing photoelectric sensor is activated, signaling the main pulling motor to start. The motor spins out the label from the paper roll. Label placement on the products is determined by a set label delay programmed into the system.
Once the labels are affixed, a label detection sensor automatically halts the process upon detecting the gaps between the labels and tags. This marks the completion of one labeling cycle. The equipment repeats this cycle continuously, applying labels to all products until the labeling process is complete.
